A full-length play
Sisters Cassia and Anise want to push the boundaries of the culinary arts by reopening their mother’s restaurant. However, the restaurant biz is cutthroat. To ensure the success of their cooking legacy, they’ll need to challenge their moral centers and find the juiciest cuts of meat.
Characters
- Cassia: She/her, 30’s. A master chef. Precise and pristine. Anise’s older sister.
- Anise: She/her, late 20’s – 30’s. Business manager. Desperate and hungry. Cassia’s younger sister.
- Butch: He/him, any age older than 20’s. A butcher. Honest and ruthless.
- Alpha: He/him, any age older than 30’s. Billionaire. A hungry predator.
- Ama: She/her, any age older than 30’s. Billionaire. Part of the pack.
- Sacks: He/him, any age older than 30’s. Billionaire. Part of the pack.
- Doctor: Any gender, any age.
- Party guests: Any gender, any age older than 30’s. All billionaires.
- Doubling option: The actor who plays Butch can also play various party guests and the Doctor.
